Our Team

Our team is dedicated to advancing a strength-based dementia care approach through the Preserved Abilities Method™.

Matthew Call, Founder and CEO

Matthew Call has dedicated more than 25 years to advancing person-centered dementia care, a passion that began in high school while volunteering at a nursing facility. Since then, he has built a career as a consultant designing holistic, ability-focused programs across hospitals, memory care facilities, and adult day programs.

In 2022, Matthew founded Alzheimer's Home Therapy, introducing in-home therapeutic services grounded in the scientific Theory of Multiple Intelligences. This strength-based approach gained national attention when CBS-affiliateWink News featured his work helping a man with dementia relearn to write by tapping into preserved abilities.

Building on that success, Matthew went on to establish IntelliAbilities, where he created the M.I. Care Survey and Plan™— a science-based, AI-powered tool that identifies preserved abilities and transforms them into practical care strategies professionals can use daily. The M.I. Care Survey and Plan™ has been recognized by Harvard University cognitive scientistsfor its pioneering application of the Theory of Multiple Intelligences in dementia care.

Through IntelliAbilities, Matthew equips healthcare providers with innovative resources that improve client outcomes, strengthen family trust, and support the growth of dementia care practices. His work is grounded in compassion, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to redefining dementia care by focusing on what remains — the preserved abilities that bring dignity, connection, and meaning to every stage of life.
